All people want a healthy life till the end but are we able to implement it?. A healthy lifestyle may be done in various ways including eating a balanced diet with excess food such as fruits, vegetables and reduce foods that contain excessive fat or cloistral like greasy food. In addition, a healthy lifestyle can be done with exercise and sports activities three times a week not less than one hour. Various sports that we can do them playing football, playing racket, and playing volleyball. Walking, jogging and hiking among the exercises we can do. In addition, we must avoid the habit of smoking and addiction chest because it is distant danger in our lives. Therefore, as individuals who understand that we should adopt a healthy lifestyle to ensure that we can carry on living a more healthy and comfortable.
